Love from Jessi and a spontaneous trip to NYC

My best friend from Auburn, Jessi Lambert, has posted some of the lovely photos she took of us last May. She wrote this blog post this morning, just hours before I called her and announced that the tots and I desperately wanted to come visit her in NYC this weekend. Arrangements have been made. I am just crazy enough to fly across the country with two toddlers and no help-mate. I imagine this will be one of those life events about which I say "If I could do that I can do anything!"
